Description

This one-day workshop takes participants through the basics of earned-value management as described in the Project Management Institute’s 4th Edition “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK®). Building on the basics, the participants will learn to apply their knowledge of earned-value management to evaluate project progress, to forecast, and to plan recovery goals where needed.
