Sales Executive

Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity for a self driven sales executive. We are looking for individuals who consider themselves “Hunters”.

The Sales Executive is responsible for working with the Fortune 1000, state and federal public sector organizations.​ ​Success will depend on the ability to establish and develop relationships with target accounts and present holistic solutions to their business requirements. The measure of success for this position is closed contract value for new business.

The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process for the assigned or self-generated opportunity. He/she will follow-up on completed sales to up sell and cross sell into client organizations.

They will also establish a sales business plan to achieve the established goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Consultative sales approach
  • Solution based sales experience with experience selling professional services
  • Have sold to senior managers, executives and CXOs
  • Have a commanding presence and a can do/get it done attitude
  • Is willing to generate his/her own pipeline
  • Be self motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Maintain sales pipeline adequate to attain sales goals
  • Operate effectively as a team player and leader
  • Write clear, concise and effective proposals and RFP responses
  • Perform high quality presentations of business solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Well-developed professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Must be able to make decisions and work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry software tools

Job Experience:

  • Must have a good understanding of enterprise project management, project governance, project management office, project management methodology, change management, and the PPM software space.
  • A minimum of seven years sales experience selling into the Fortune 1000 and public sector at high levels
  • Experience in professional services sales and selling education services

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
