This one-day course takes a light hearted approach to presenting project team members with a “big-picture” view of project management. It stresses the essential goals of project management and how project management works based on the PMBOK Guide4th Edition process groups and knowledge areas. The course uses hands-on exercises focused on a project case study designed to bring the theories and practices to life. A series of interactive exercises, utilizing tools and templates, provides an understanding of how the training relates to real-life project work.
